How to order:
You can place order through email using our "Enquiry Cart", first you can select items then use 'Add to Enquiry Cart' button. After selecting items, fill your contact information then you can select "Click here to send enquiry" option. We will receive your order form and reply you within 48 hrs. |

Payment:
After Finalization of Performa, payment must be wired to our Bank, which will be mentioned in Performa Invoice.
Credit Cards: We do not Accept Credit Cards.

Packaging:

Generally our quotation is made as bulk and safe packaging , For Gift packaging we charge 20% extra of product value.

Shipping:
When we receive your order, we make a calculation of weight and volume of order. Then we calculate shipping and forwarding charges by Shipping Company. You will have to send option of shipping by Air or by sea. The final Shipping charge is then added to your Invoice.

Insurance:
Insurance is made by reputed Company, NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD.. Insurance charge is payable extra as applicable.

Breakage & Claims:
We do not entertain any breakage and claim, because we always send safe packaging under strict supervision. Breakage in transit has to be claimed to shipping company and insurance company.
